Deposited USDG is pulled by the Spark Liquidity Layer and deployed into yield-bearing strategies, with returns accruing to holders through a rising exchange rate set by the on-chain Vault Savings Rate. Issued as an ERC-4626 vault on Robinhood Chain.
This is a max-APY yield loop: spUSDG is supplied as collateral and USDG is borrowed against it on Morpho, then recycled back into spUSDG to multiply the underlying Spark Liquidity Layer yield. Because the two assets are price-correlated, the position targets amplified yield rather than directional price exposure.
